The theme of cold blood is I think it is murder because through out the story they just planed the murder and it was just like they don’t have a heart how could they kill and innocent family that is crazy I wouldn’t have the guts to kill someone especially a whole family. it is murder because through out the story the police and everyone interrogates the people that the clutter family knew. they also interrogated perry and dick. well dick did not really had anything to say he did not care or seem to regret killing the clutters family. In the other hand perry felt bad and he seemed like he regretted killing the clutters family. I think he felt more bad when he killed Mr. clutter when he cut his throat he thought he was a very nice men. The whole story just talks about the murder and the word murder comes out through out the story. This is why i think the theme of the story is murder.
