Reputation is important in our society because it helps to
determine the persons personality and to see if you can get accepted to a good
college or job. Reputation is used to predict behavior based on past actions
and characteristic. Everyone around the world uses reputation everyday and is
used mostly to identify people. Reputation is for different groups of people
like in companies, media sources, and political movements. It is also used to
for objects such as books, music, movies, products, etc. Ideas even have
reputations like theories, political ideas, and I believe it is also on belief
systems. Many people do care what people think of them. Reputations are rarely
formed in isolation. Others might not even care and some of them can be very
sensitive to what people say about them to the point where they get into a
fight. Some may not have the same ideas as others and can also have arguments
with each other about which is the best idea. Some people might care more about
what others says about their interests like religion or if a building should be
built at a certain spot. Reputation will be everywhere in the world and I don’t
think it will stop.
I like your idea because with out it we probabaly wouldnt have no movies, books and stuff like that that you named....

ReplyDeleteI feel like what you did was good because its very true, if you have a reputation of being a trouble maker, not doing your work, etc. ; no college is going to want you. Most people would consider it a waste of time because why accept you into the college that you want to go to if your not going to do your work & get kicked out. In life, the only thing that you have is a reputation! So live up to your reputation, do the right things, & LEAD BY EXAMPLE! I guarantee you that it will get you a long way in LIFE! (:
ReplyDeleteI like your blog because if you think about it, reputation plays a big roll in our society. People can determine what of person you are just from your reputation. You spoke good on it and that's why I liked you blog.
