I think “In Cold Blood” is a little dated. Because the type
of words Capote uses to us now and says just doesn’t make sense to the people
from this time. I also think the book has a bit of timelessness because people
from these days still read the book and they are able to understand a little
bit of what he is trying to say and the book is also very interesting it makes
readers just want to keep on reading and books like that aren’t dated. The
reason why I say it’s a little bit dated is because when your reading the book
and you imagine all the stuff he is talking about you imagine like things from
back in the day and you don’t imagine it from imagines from today. And the
reason I say its timelessness is because the readers don’t get tired of reading
the book it just keeps going every chapter is something new and that’s what
people want now and days, when readers read a boring book they just read the
first few pages and they just stop reading because its boring and the book
looses it’s value and the book becomes dated and people won’t read it anymore
and they won’t understand anything Truman capote is trying to say. So I think
the book is a little dated and a little timelessness.
