In my personal oppinion I do think the murders f Holcomb Perry Smith and Richard (Dick) Hickok do deserve to be in the death penalty because they had already had bad records. Perry and Dick had physicopath minds,wich started since they were kids. Perry had killed a man just for the heck of it, became addicted to aspirin. Ever since Dick had his accident he became a criminal. For those reasons they deserve to be in jail, but most likely deserve a death penalty for killing an innocent family of four for a senseless reason and just getting 50 bucks out of it, going in their property and commiting a crime. They killed the family even when they din’t get anything out of it. Also for not confesing at the authorities and also for running away from the cops and making it harder wich none of them clarified to the cops who killed who. This concept of felonies are serious criminal offence,wich they do deserve it commiting four murders. I do Most defenetly think they should stay in jail till they die and pay for what they did.
