Setting (Rosa)

Holcomb is a small town in western Kansas, I think it makes it an ordinary place because of the of the way it is with people and you know house like any other town, but what I think it makes it different is the way that every one there knows each other and how its such a small town there that people go to church, go to work and the children go to school and they don’t worry about nothing bad happening because they all know and trust each other in Holcomb, they aren’t used to big crimes there because I mean its small town not like a big city where there’s all these people and crimes, and when big crimes like the one that happened to the clutters happen there they were all scared cause they have never seen anything like that so they all started locking there doors and trying there best to stay safe and after that they didn’t trust anybody no more because they think they know the people from Holcomb but actually they don’t, so it makes them scared to trust trust anybody no one cause they don’t want a tragedy like the one that happened to the clutters to happen to them. It think he spends a lot of time describing Holcomb so that people can see that big crimes not only happen in small towns that even though it Holcomb sounds like a very nice peaceful place where bad stuff never happen it actually does because it doesn’t depend on the place but on the people because you never know what there thinking inside if its bad or not,
