In today's society reputation is very important, some people can say they don’t care what people has to say about them but deep down, everyone cares about what someone has to say about them, or what they think about them. It’s important because your reputation follows you for the rest of your life, its what people will think of when they hear your name. It’s how people remember you. If you have a bad reputation it may make it harder for you to get a job, it may be hard for you to make friends or even keep them, no one wants to be friends with a girl that’s had every guy in the school, or a dude that breaks every girls heart. It’ll be hard for you to move on with life knowing everyone is thinking bad things about you. If you have a good reputation then life may be easier. It’ll be easier to get a job, make friends, and have a better life. Yes, people care about what others think of them. If people didn’t care then we wouldn’t have teenagers killing their selves from being bullied, and that relates back to what people think of you. Then theirs others that actually don’t care, because if they know something about them isn’t true it may bother them a little but I doubt they’ll really let peoples ignorance get to them.
