Death Penalty (Lobo)

The death penalty does not help prevent crime in our country.  People know that if you kill someone you will mos likely get death penalty. But most people get 30 years to life in prison. Some lie and say that they are not psychologically healthy so they don’t spend time in prison or jail, they cheat the system. I don’t think the death penalty is right in any way, but if you think about it as a parent who their child just got killed you would want the purpetrator to pay with their life, you would do anything for them to get caught. I thiknk some people are let down by the justice system when they get little time in prison and ability of getting paroll. Some parents are not satisfied with that so instead of going to the police they take matters to their own hands and do what it takes to get the purpretator and punish them as it seems fair to them. No matter what I think taking someones life is wrong, no matter how old, what conditions their in, fetis or not. You should only take someones life if they are slowly dying and they are suffering and you just make it faster and put the down. That’s the only situation I would agree with taking someones life. I am STRONGLY against abortion, youre not letting the baby live and make a chang ein the world, how do you know that they are not the next Einstine? The next micheal Phelps? The next president of  any country? The next Bill Gates? You don’t know what they would do with their life, so you should not take their opportunity of living just cause youre not responsible enough. Put them up for addoption if you don’t want the child, just don’t take his/her life.

Dying with honor (Lobo)

I Would rather die or die and keep my honor then die and lose your dignity, because if I die with my honor at least not have died in vain. I would have change something or someone’s life in a way that it changes the town or makes a chain reaction that changes people’s perspective of life and me. I would lie to save my life, because then I would lose my integrity and I would die a coward in a way. Well at least I believe it would be a coward move to lie to save your life. I think honor is more important then life in some occasion. Like for example when samurai dishonored their family they would stab them selves by getting a ritual suicide knife and plunging it in their chest. After that they would pull the knife upward and the farther up you got the more respect you gave back to their family. After they couldn’t anymore a family member most likely a close cousin or brother would finish the job by slicing the samurai that dishonored the family in order to ease their pain and put them down faster, then them bleeding out and then dying. That would be the best example I can use for why I would rather die with honor then die and lose my integrity or dignity. Or even live and lose all my honor, dignity, and integrity.  Either I live with my honor or die fin order to gain my honor once again.
