Reverend Hale (Martin)

Mr. Hale has change though out the crucible because at first in the beginning of the book he comes to Salem as an expert on witchcraft. And that he hopes to find a real witch in Salem. He starts to come around and he believes John Proctor about Abigail. He does not believe that Proctor is a witch and that Abigail was lying all this time. I would say that Mr. Hale is a good man because in Act IV he returns to tell the people waiting to be hanged to lie, he is trying to keep them from death and he knows this is the only way. He believes that all of them are not witches and will do everything in his power to save them. What makes man honorable? I would say an honorable man is someone who chooses to do the right thing when there is a conflict between right and wrong would consider a person of honor. An honorable man also has to have god name and have a pure heart. A man who is willing to protect others. He needs to respectful to others in order to have honor .Is someone who is trustful and loyal and that will do the right thing at all cause?  A person can still be a man of god as long as he confess all his sins and willing to have god in their life. Any person can a man of god, they just have to make right choices.              

Hysteria (Martin)

Throughout the many years hysteria has caused a lot of destruction in society. It has brought out a lot of fear in people of today and in the past. I think hysteria can take over a person’s mind; it can also make a person insane by having unmanageable emotions or fear. People who are hysterical often lose self-control due to an overwhelming fear that may be caused by multiple events. I think one example that hysteria was big in America was in during the Red Scare because many people were scared and feared that the United States was going to be taking over by communism. It made many people paranoid and hysterical. Also during the red scare people had trust issues because they could have been communist spy. I think people who let hysteria take over them well end up doing stupid things that they well regret. Hysteria is like a disease to the mind. Another example of hysteria in America was after the 9/11, most people would be scared to fly in plane with Muslims even do they need to know that not all Muslims are terrorist. Hysteria can cause a lot problems to society and it’s a scary thing but I think most people should just ignore it and keep on living their lives.                

My response to Trayvons death (Deaunte)

Trayvon Martin’s death was not accidental or caused by self-defense. This was a crime committed by racial profiling and yet some people believe that it was under self-defense. I really feel bad for his family because that had been my brother or anything I probably and most likely would not be hear. The way that the system is set up most of the time is like, if you kill some one you’ll get twenty-five to life in prison. What they use to happen is what they called the death penalty. But not all the time that people get the penalty fairly and that could cause a riot between the family of that person or the race. I think the death penalty is fair if you have the right evidence and proof. If you don’t than that’s how you start a possible riot.

I think that the victim of the family should be able to administer their penalty because if you take an innocent life then you deserve to lose yours. The family should be able to have the power of that prisoner after that. Zimmerman’s call to the police sounds as if he was actually born to be racist because he said that any black man there to cause him harm, that sounded to much of being racist. He basically made it like Trayvon was trying to rush him and was up to no good just because he had on a jacket with his hood up. Most of society would see this as a racial crime but the predigest people that we still have today would see this as self-defense. I think that a cleaner environment wouldn’t have made much of a difference because a person will be racist if they were born that way. But If our society was more helping and accepting on another than this wouldn’t have happened. 

Treyvon Martin (Tiara)

I think that like well , okay how can I say this but like I think he didn’t have the right to or unless he thought he was gone rob him but I mean if you seem a soda pop or candy or what ever in there hand you shouldn’t assume that they gone  do something when they are just coming from the store , but since its some much hate to raises in this world don’t nobody understand that but its basically like saying that every time a raises person see’s a black male walking down the street with a hoodie and sagging down the block when they are coming from the store but I understand that if it was like he tried to rob him but he wouldn’t do that because he was just a teenager and people shouldn’t just do that but he could of kept his fire unless he just looked and thought something was gone happen, just think … if somebody was walking down your block and they was sagging and wearing a hoodie , wouldn’t you think they was up to something or what ever like that , but yeah I think that he probably thought he was up to something and he just panicked got very scared so he just had shot him I guess
